Really clear instructions on how to drive to property. Easy underground parking with ample space for large car. Property was clean and well appointed, with comfy beds and excellent shower. Really quiet. Excellent location for exploring Granada by foot and for driving out to nearby attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The main bedroom had glass panels in the door which meant it lacked privacy and let light in. Not a big issue but a bit of a weird choice.
Would have preferred lockbox entry as we were not sure of arrival time (though key collection was easier than anticipated)

The size of the apartment, the location
It is so hard to find the check-in office. Luckily, one of the team members found us sitting at the square by the entrance of the apartment.

The location was very strategic both to explore old Granada centre on foot, with the bonus of being very close to the local tourist bus to the Alhambra. Very good accomodation, spacious, clean, recently refurbished with high end equipment quality and finishes, air conditioning, bathroom facilities and bed(s). Very responsive hosts, warm reception upon arrival and excellent underground parking facility in the same building (albeit a bit tricky to reach despite provided instructions....).

Location is convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Generally nicely decorated but some bits are looking old. The apartment felt secured as the entrance of the building is locked as well. Parking entrance is tight but manageable. Parking space is spacious once you get in. It is honestly good enough to find an accomodation with parking space in the city.
The ensuite shower was blocked. One of the staff came to unblock it but it didn't help and he left the floor wet. Communication with the host was generally poor. The staff was not rude but not polite. English was limited as well.
