Fine apartment, poor support if something is needed

The apartment itself was good — it was clean, very well located, and comfortable. Everything was as described, and I truly enjoyed the stay from that perspective.

Unfortunately, my experience with Charlie was disappointing. After checking out, I realized I had left my hoodie behind. I returned to the apartment just three hours later to see if I could retrieve it, but I received only a response to wait for the next 48h for any update. In that time I had to leave the city, only to ask again, after 2 days about the status. Apparently the thing was not found. It’s very frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the good reputation the company has. While the apartment itself was great, the lack of communication and customer support significantly affected my overall experience.

Very expensive for what you get! Not worth the money!

Location is fine if you like walking

It's not a hotel at all! Room is extremely small, tight, difficult to move, and dirty

Limpeza e conforto.

A lampada principal do banheiro estava queimada.
