We loved the location in the port area, just a short walk to transport options, tram, trains and buses. You can easily walk into the old town. We felt like we were out of the hustle and bustle but it was still busy enough and so easy to access everything. Great restaurants, boulangerie's and supermarkets at your doorstep too. The apartment had air conditioning which was a bonus. We would defiinitely stay here again. Nice was a real highlight of our trip.
LOL the flights of stairs with heavy luggage. It's quite a workout. But once you are in its worth it.

1. Location - Port area quieter than other neighborhoods in Nice. Good access to trams, bus and Riquier train station. Close access to old town
2. Good environmental systems ie: air con/heat
3. Comfortable bed and bed linen
4. Good appliances including washer
5. Acess to beach towels
6. Great communation with property manager

The location is Great of you want to be close to the port and old city. There is not a lot off traffic in the street but a glass container, motorbike parking and church might create unexpected noise
All the appliances were available and easy to use
No parking possible in the street. But public parking close with reasonable prices for longer stays
Lovely sunny terrace

Mixed feelings as this is not really a hide away from the city
For us there were no comfortable seats to relax and read. The furniture is old and a bit worn out
Primitive closet filled with old stuff to hang your clothes. There’s a pile of stuff not needed in every closet you open
Bath room rather small. Unsafe valves that turn very hot with risk of burning. No shaving mirror
Very cheap toilet paper not usable at all
Sewer and fish smells In the public staircase (no elevator )
Too limited communication upfront arrival
