We were a family of 5 people and had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Newly renovated rooms with modern, clean amenities. Netflix and YouTube were a pleasant delight for kids. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Hotel restaurant also cooked delicious meals.
The location we found to be excellent experiencing the real hustle and bustle of Old Delhi and we felt safe even with two boys 6 and 9 years old.
All good

From start to finish this Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are so helpful and the rooms are better than expected. Beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Endless hot water for showers. There is also a roof top restaurant that serves really tasty food. Location is great too, minutes to the train station and right in the heart of shopping and restaurants. We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra night. If you want to experience the chaotic Delhi experience but want a really nice quiet room each evening, this is the one.
There were noisy students staying upstairs but when we rang reception they were so helpful and actually changed our room the next day for us.

This small hotel is hidden away and only accessible through a number of narrow alleyways when you walk into a brightly lit lobby with friendly staff. I arrived after a long flight and was glad that i could check in quickly and get into my room and into bed. Room was clean, had good air-conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is situated on the roof terrace and I really enjoyed my meals there.
The shower had no shower-screen so when I had a shower the floor and the toilet seat got wet; I should have put the lid down....

This place is perfectly located for exploring Dheli, and a nice calm and clean sanctuary amongst the business of the city. Not accessible directly by car but the hotel assisted with transport and helping us find the hotel. The street it's on is quiet and seemed safe.
Although the rest of the staff were really nice and friendly, someone who appeared to be the manager was really pushy trying to sell us taxis and tours. We didn't need or want anything except for help with a train ticket booking but he was fairly insistent that we booked our entire India trip including tickets and transfers through him. He used pushy sales tactics like showing us how dangerous India is and he implied how we would be scammed if we didn't book through him. It was a very stressful and upsetting way to start our first day in India. We turned down his offer and sorted ourselves out as planned and had no issues during our trip. The breakfast looked pretty disgusting and the coffee on offer was undrinkable, we opted to go elsewhere.
