Its a quiet location and within walking distance to most areas we wanted to visit. We used uber a couple of times for longer jorneys. There are a few places on the way back to stop off to have a drink. The area felt safe. There is a local supermarket which was handy. The bed was clean and very comfortable, but extra pillows would have been good. The sofa was comfy for the time we spent in the accommodation.
Some information on the local area and / or a map of the main attractions and routes would have been helpful. The overhead shower control wasn't working, so we had to use the handheld shower. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor due to the shower door dropping from its fixings, which was a little unsettling. There is a lack of kitchen utensils for those self-catering (one of 2 available was broken in half). Some improvisation was required. There was little in the way of basic condiments. An extra bin bag or 2 would have been useful. There is construction work going on opposite the apartment, but it didn't cause any disturbance for us .

Ruim appartement ! Twee toiletten en veel opbergruimte. Ook veel spiegels.
De bank in de woonkamer is wel een beetje gedateerd en zit niet heeel comfortabel.

Appartement bien isolé, climatisé, et situé dans une rue relativement calme. Les équipements étaient impeccables, pas de pression de perdre sa clé car il est possible de la laisser dans son locker dans la résidence.

Looks newly refurbished and fully furnished. Equipped with washer and dryer which is extremely helpful if you’re on a long trip. There a nice eateries and supermarket just around the corner.
The location is good if you have a car or only plan to wonder around the neighbourhood as there are parks and nice restaurants near the apartment. However, if you plan to visit other sight seeing places it can be quite a walk, bearing in mind that Lisbon is filled with hills.
