Clean house, responsive host, kitchen counter is a good height for short people, and it's a gas stove. Parking is flat. We cut short our stay as we found the house unsuitable.
Bed is hard and springy, mounted on a plywood board, all the curtains are sheer and the sun literally rises outside the bedroom windows so it's a full blast, humidifier is choked up and full of water, kitchen pans are very very scratched.

A paz
Acordar com os passarinhos a cantar
Estar em casa longe de casa
Não haver televisão
Mas foi uma forma de limpeza digital
Falta de blackouts ou estores para podermos descansar até mais tarde se quiserem

Spacious, gift basket upon arrival, appliances and fixtures all worked. Extra linens available if needed. Nice ocean views from front bedroom and outdoor patio. Outdoor clothesline with clothespins was handy as towels didn't dry inside and we had sunny weather.
Strong musty mold/mildew smell permeated the air in all rooms whenever windows were closed, even after airing the house out (all doors and windows open) for hours.
