Disaster

Nothing

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Our stay at this villa was an absolute disaster. We experienced a complete lack of basic necessities, including electricity and running water. We were unable to shower, and even flushing the toilets became impossible. These are basic requirements that any accommodation should provide, especially when guests are paying for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Then when they filled the water up it was coming out orange dirt how would you even shower in that. After calling numerous times to report the issue, we were eventually informed that the property relied on a water cart to refill a small water tank every three days. This is completely unacceptable and should have been clearly disclosed to guests before booking. What made the experience even worse was the lack of compensation or a discount for the inconvenience. We were assured that when we returned from our trip to Phi Phi Island, the water problem would be resolved. However, after the payment was taken that same evening, we ran out of water again. I repeatedly tried calling for assistance, but nobody answered. The lack of reliable electricity and water, combined with the poor communication, lack of customer service, and complete disregard for our experience as paying guests, was extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking this villa. Guests should not have to deal with these conditions, chase management for assistance, or pay full price for accommodation that fails to provide basic necessities. This was a very disappointing experience, and the way the situation was handled made it even worse.

Nice-looking property, nice looking property but too many maintenance and safety issues.

The villa was nice-looking, the location was convenient, and the staff was responsive when we had issues.

There were several significant maintenance and safety issues. The AC in one bedroom leaked directly onto my friends while they were sleeping. My mother’s bed actually caved in and had to be addressed by staff. The bathroom design was extremely inconvenient—the shower water flows across the floor toward the drain under the sink, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet, including around the toilet. The pool area is extremely slippery when wet, and someone in our group fell. The listing also described 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but the upstairs layout was four bedrooms sharing Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, which was not what we expected from the listing. These issues significantly affected our comfort and experience.
