Riad is so charming set up, all staff are extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the manager, Mohammed, which will go out of his way to help, guide and accommodate the needs of their guests.
Nothing at all.

Breakfast was super - freshly made each morning. Not a lot of selection - just eggs and bread every day but still enough to sustain you until lunch. Maybe a tip would be to use butter instead of argan oil for cooking eggs. Argan oil can be very overpowering, especially when you're not used to it.
The weather was very unseasonal for our few days in Marrakech - we had 2 hours of sunshine in 6 days! :-( As a result, this rather new riad was quite cold and noisy (due to the rain falling on the plastic covering the roof in the middle. This was not the fault of the hotel as they had a few gas heaters in the building and this made a great differerence. The air conditioners were also heaters and this was great and really necessary. But the building lacked warmth in general.
