The communication from Luca, the host, was terrific. All of his directions were clear; he even included photos and videos that were really helpful. I appreciated the detailed photo of several options for nearby parking. The bed was very comfortable. It was a really nice touch to have some wine, beer, spirits, olive oil, and necessaries available for purchase in the apartment if you didn't want to go out or if stores were closed. I didn't need anything, but I felt it was thoughtful for the tired traveler who may have forgotten to pack a toothbrush! The location by the train was very convenient, and there were several nice restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend Il Punto in particular for the incredible food and staff.
The breakfast options were fairly basic--some packets of rusks and packaged croissants, juice boxes, hazelnut spread and jams, and milk for coffee, as well as some complimentary waters. Not bad honestly, but I'd recommend the bar on the corner for a nice, inexpensive caffe and fresh, tasty cornetto instead!
