About this apartment rental
Located right next to the Warnemünde spa park, just about 5 minutes from the beach, our Fortuna vacation rental at Villa, Wachtlerstr. 10 is available as a cozy vacation home. A private parking space is available free of charge at the house. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a vacation apartment that was newly and comfortably furnished in 2024 in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right next to the spa gardens and just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Located on the first floor, the approximately 60-square-meter two-room Fortuna apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and free Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV, a very nice shower room with a hair dryer, a beautiful large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as high-quality PVC flooring. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee (coin-operated machine).
One parking space is available free of charge at the building.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final price: bed linens, towels,dish towels, shower mat).
Please note: Construction work is taking place on the neighboring property.
This may cause disturbances and noise. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Additional services that can be booked directly with the rental company upon request for a separate fee:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
