A place that should absolutely be avoided. Definitely not recommended for a stay.
The hotel is located close to a bus stop
Very disappointing experience — definitely not worth the price
We were informed that the hotel required a deposit only two days before our arrival. This requirement had not been clearly communicated to us beforehand, and we could not find detailed information about it in the booking information. After paying the deposit, we contacted the property regarding the Type G electrical outlets, asking whether adapters were available in the room. We were told that no adapters were provided and that we would need to purchase one in town. However, when we arrived, we found adapters in the room. This was confusing and could easily have been avoided with clearer communication. The room had very few electrical outlets, with none in the bathroom. There were also no convenient places to hang towels or store belongings, which is particularly inconvenient for a beach holiday. The bathroom walls had visible mold, and the room was not as clean as the common areas. The towels initially provided had an unpleasant smell and could not be used. After requesting replacements, we received towels that were visibly covered with hair. The electric kettle was not working. We reported the issue, but received a response only the following day. Noise was another significant problem. The air-conditioning unit was very loud, and noise from neighboring buildings made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room also had an extremely small 30 cm-wide refrigerator, which was of limited practical use given the hot climate. Another inconvenience is the location's connectivity. We frequently had to travel to Valletta whenever we wanted to go somewhere, which made getting around considerably less convenient than expected. Overall, there were too many basic issues for a hotel at this price level. Had we known the actual condition of the room and the level of service beforehand, we would have preferred to spend approximately €200 more and stay at a better hotel in Valletta.
