The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He is also very efficient to arrange outings in and around Srinagar, even at the last minute. The rooms are spacious and clean. He also offers boat tour on the lake. Our best souvenir is the driver, Showkat ahmad, we had for three days. He took such good care of us. He was respectful and kind.
During the boat tour, we were constantly and I mean constantly, approached by vendors who were very very insistent. We were also pushed to visit a carpet store. It made the experience far less enjoyable, and this is a shame because It is a beautiful setting, and it would have been nice to be able to have a quiet moment simply being there with no constant interruption, especially after the very long trip to get there.

We stayed at this property for two nights, The rooms were clean and comfortable, parking facility was there , location was perfect and the hosts were very warm and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

nice property with clean rooms and near to major locations.
Plenty of space for car parking.
Host Danish was extremely helpful during our stay.He arranged for a two hour shikara ride on dal lake for a very reasonable price. Always available for any questions we had.A restaurant is right next to the property where food was OK.
