The apartment is situated in a lovely, quiet location and has three comfortable bedrooms. Although it's a basement apartment with no natural light, this didn't particularly bother us.
The air conditioning and dehumidifier are very effective, and the Smart TV offers all the usual streaming apps.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and everything needed to prepare meals. Having both a washing machine and dryer is particularly convenient when travelling for an extended period.
Overall, the apartment is spacious, practical and well equipped
Our stay got off to a disappointing start. Despite reading several WhatsApp messages, the owner took two hours to respond to a simple enquiry about luggage storage. We were subsequently offered the possibility of early check-in but never received an update.
The apartment also lacks comfortable communal seating, with only a kitchen table, three chairs and a bench. The shower has no curtain or screen, leaving the entire bathroom wet after use.
However, our biggest criticism was the extraordinary number of laminated rules, warnings and instructions plastered throughout the apartment, particularly concerning rubbish disposal. We've travelled extensively worldwide and have never encountered anything remotely like it. One ridiculous example was a large sign instructing guests not to wear shoes on a floor mat!
On Saturday evening, the owner sent an impersonal rubbish reminder, without even replacing "Hello, [Guests Name]" in the template. Despite countless warnings about rubbish, there were no clear checkout instructions for Sunday, when rubbish cannot be taken outside.
We appreciate local regulations, but managing waste is the owner's responsibility, not something guests are expected to worry about throughout their holiday.
The excessive signs create an unwelcoming atmosphere. This is supposed to be premium holiday accommodation, not a primary school!
With better communication, comfortable seating, a shower curtain and considerably fewer rules, this could be an excellent apartment. Unfortunately, the owner's approach to hospitality lets it down.

L'emplacement est top, facile au niveau des transport (metro à 10 min et bus à 2-3 min). les 3 chambres sont top, la cuisine est top, il y a presque tout ce qu'on a besoin, présence d'une machine à laver. l'échange avec l'hôte s'est très bien passé, les explications étaient clair.
ce n'est pas qu'on a pas apprécié, nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait d'un divan ou des fauteuils pour mieux se reposer qlq instant mais difficile vu l'agencement de l'appartement. Il manque des verres type eau/soda.
