The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms—each with a double bed and a single bed—and a bathroom with a shower.

Our authentic barn is home to cows, pigs, chickens, cats, and a dog.
At our house in Itter in the Hohe Salve region, there’s something for everyone. From downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter to biking and hiking in the summer, everything is accessible right from the house.
In the winter, the Salvista Gondola’s valley exit is right next to the house.
Just a few minutes’ walk away (about 200 m) is the Itter Salvista gondola, which takes you directly into the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental.
Right next to the gondola station is the Intersport Okay, which also offers bike rentals and ski storage, for example.
The Wilder Kaiser Mountains offer numerous excursion options and activities in both winter and summer.
