The residence is located on a hilltop in the Chianti hills.It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation in the heart of an olive grove, surrounded by vineyards and yet very close to places rich in history and culture such as Florence, Siena, and Lucca—just over an hour from the Versilia coast.Surrounded by medieval villages such as Montefioralle, Panzano, Monteriggioni, and etc.la, the villa features an 8x4x1.60-meter swimming pool open from May through the end of September for the exclusive use of villa guests.Starting in May, a 5-person hot tub with chromotherapy is available, with direct access from the pool.
The villa, with its blend of antique and modern furnishings, is situated in the middle of an olive grove with a 1-hectare garden that is completely fenced in, offering breathtaking views.
Strada in Chianti is located 15 km from Florence, 8 km from Greve in Chianti, and 50 km from the center of Siena.The prestigious Ugolino Golf Club is located 5 km away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find supermarkets, local shops, and restaurants where you can savor authentic Tuscan cuisine. Additionally, you can arrange for a chef—the owner, Francesco himself—to prepare meals in your home.

is to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Children under 14 are not permitted.

Our family (6 person) and our dog were very happy to stay on this area! Francesco is an attentive host.The house is clean and has all how we need. The area around the house is big and cool. The swimmingpool and the jacuzzi are generous. The area is nearby the center of the nice village with many little shop's!

We had a great stay at this location, Strada in Chianti is a bit quiet, but the local café is great for Breakfast and local towns such as Greve are good for an evening out. Florence is easy to get to on the local bus and not expensiveFrancesco was a great host and very helpful, the property is very clean and a good size, the pool and view from the pool area is amazing
