Esperienza terribile – Assolutamente sconsigliato! Non consiglio assolutamente a nessuno questa struttura. È stata un’esperienza estremamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. Innanzitutto, l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, un disagio non indifferente, soprattutto se si hanno dei bagagli. L’appartamento è piccolo, poco curato e la pulizia lascia decisamente a desiderare. La cucina, pur essendo presente, è sprovvista di numerosi utensili e accessori essenziali, rendendo difficile persino utilizzarla normalmente. Il bagno è semplicemente orribile: freddo, umido, sporco e per nulla accogliente. Durante la doccia, l’acqua fuoriesce dappertutto, creando ulteriori disagi. Un altro aspetto spiacevole è la presenza di telecamere, che contribuisce a dare la sensazione di essere costantemente sorvegliati. Ma la parte peggiore in assoluto è il check-in! Una procedura interminabile, complicata e inutilmente macchinosa. Bisogna occuparsi personalmente di numerosi passaggi, senza un’adeguata assistenza. Ho avuto la netta impressione che i gestori preferiscano scaricare tutto il lavoro sugli ospiti anziché offrire un servizio di accoglienza degno di questo nome. Come se non bastasse, l’appartamento è estremamente rumoroso. Si sente praticamente tutto: i vicini, le automobili e i continui rumori provenienti dall’esterno. Nemmeno durante il sabato e la domenica siamo riusciti a trovare un minimo di tranquillità. Riposare serenamente è stato praticamente impossibile. In conclusione, una struttura deludente, scomoda, rumorosa, poco pulita e gestita, a mio parere, con scarsissima attenzione verso gli ospiti. Esperienza pessima dall’inizio alla fine. Non ci tornerei mai più e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questo appartamento.

Ottime posizione e pulizia, gestione "fredda" orientata al sovrapprezzo e dotazioni deludenti.

Soggiorno di una settimana ad agosto in 5 persone. I punti di forza sono indiscutibili: posizione eccellente (comoda per il lago e la Svizzera), servizi vicini e pulizia impeccabile. Purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata penalizzata da una gestione fortemente orientata al sovrapprezzo e da dotazioni scarse..

Le criticità principali: • Comfort e struttura: Mansarda al 3° piano senza ascensore, invivibile col caldo estivo. L'aria condizionata è a pagamento (€10/giorno) e aprire i lucernai è impossibile: mancano le zanzariere (ingresso continuo di insetti) ed entrano odori sgradevoli dal locale al piano terra e dallo sfiato dei sanitari. Cuscini estremamente scomodi. • Capienza e dotazioni: Disposizione letti insufficiente per 5 persone (un matrimoniale, un singolo e una piazza e mezza). Stoviglie di recupero, disomogenee e contate. Arredamento economico. Assenza di piccoli consumabili (detersivi, mollette, cialde) e biancheria da bagno da rinfrescare.. Costi extra ovunque: Check-in anticipato (€10/ora), ferro e asse da stiro (€20). Gestione caparra e addebiti assurdi: Trattenuta la caparra con pignoleria sbalorditiva per usura o minuzie: €5 per un bicchiere scheggiato, €10 per una presa USB, €20 per la staffa di un ventilatore di scarsa qualità e ben €25 di "manodopera" addebitati dall'host per gestire queste uscite. Suggerimenti e Conclusione: L'ospitalità si nota dai dettagli: una bottiglia d'acqua fresca, due cialde o qualche tabs per lavatrice cambierebbero l'accoglienza a costo zero. Serve inoltre del buon senso: come al ristorante non si fa pagare un bicchiere sbeccato, anche nell'extralberghiero la rottura di un oggetto da pochi centesimi rientra nel rischio d'impresa. Fatturare ogni banalità — persino il "tempo" per ricomprarlo — svilisce il senso dell'accoglienza. In sintesi: Ottima potenziale logistico e pulito, ma vanificato da una gestione rigida e venale. Sconsigliato a chi cerca trasparenza e comfort.
