Fabulous time in this lovely home with our family
The location was very quiet but easy to get to all the important stuff
Enjoyed walking to Cockerton village for shopping and the best Fish n Chips around and hard to wal past Greggs without popping in.
Very modern interiors with full kitchen and everything you could imagine and need
Great to have 2 bathrooms with adult children staying
Comfortable spacious lounge & dining room and very clean & tidy.
Parking was easy for smaller cars with additional parking on front street
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay
The heating was a little unpredictable and cold at times but additional heaters were provided so no biggy

Location
Driveway too small for my car and couldn't always get near property . Door lock not quick & easy to use especially when rain & windy no cover while using it .

Communication was excellent at all stages, with prompt responses to any message or queries. The property was well situated close to a bus route, but was quiet at night. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped.
All the curtains were floor length and covered the radiators when they were drawn.

Location
Spacious clean property, well maintained
Highly sophisticated equipment with no instructions on how to use and same irritating staff at helpline, not willing to provide any help unless you spell your name. Whole night my family shivered with cold
Uneducated, non cooperative staff at hotel reception who whenever you call for help, will ask you to spell your name and yet wont provide help
Un-understandable lock system that failed to open one day and we were on road for 1 hour
Very small washroom in ensuite room
Small parking not as expected
