The location was right in the middle of Sabang Beach, perfect view (and sound!) of the waves. Sadly, we went for a surf trip and only got baby waves, but it was nice to be able to spend time in the pool on the property and the beach! Lounging around outside was the best. Kuya Joey and his wife were amazing hosts, available for any questions and recommendations. The property itself is lovely, and feels like your own little paradise. Food options are walkable nearby, and coffee too. The dining table was lovely for us to have our morning coffee together. We were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again next time we are in Baler!
WiFi was on/off, but that’s how it is around the whole area. They had books in the room that we read instead to stay occupied, which was lovely.

Fantastic care takers, Joel, his wife and Alexa the poodle. They made our stay excellent. The electricity went down on various occasions and he was there to start the backup generator and see that we were ok. Without them this would be pretty much a mediocre accommodation. The location is good if your a beach or sea person but it is stretch to town or any sort of descent shopping / groceries place.
No breakfast or eating facilities and no place to cook, we had to get permission to use what the Filipinos call a "dirty kitchen", this is an outside facility with a gas cooking range, that we got to use to make breakfast, lunch or dinner.
