Cute, great location close to Alfama, but surprisingly quiet even with the big neighbpurhood fiesta for St. Anthony going on nearby.

Great and affordable place to stay for more than 1 night with close proximity to a number of stores.

The place was a very cosy apartment with more facilities than expected. Owners were also VERY responsive to issues or things that did not work etc. Light was sufficient (once figured out). Microwave, cutlery, everything needed to make a full meal if one so desires.

The internert did not work, and information given to wifi was incorrect though this was quickly corrected after a message to the owner. The main door lock was tricky to work with and took a bit of time to realise the key only works one way even though it FITS both ways. Apartment is actually more 'basement' level so there are no windows and no daylight; the main door does have a window that can be opened albeit with a little difficulty. Something in the bathroom was leaking and I did spend a little bit of time mopping it up (lucky to have a mop around!) TV reception can be iffy. Some more power outlets around the dining table area would've been nice.

Es war kein Verfnügen und ärgerlich.

Die Lage ist zentral. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Für 2 Personen ist die Größe ausreichend. Sauber war es auch.

1. Die Vermieterin spricht kaum Englisch. Bei einem Anruf nach der Buchung hat sie einfach aufgelegt und ist nicht nicht mehr ans Telefon gegangen. 2. Das Appartment liegt sous-Terrain ohne Fenster. Es richt sehr schlecht aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Ein vorhandenes Entfeuchtungsgerät ist nicht ausreichend, zudem zu laut und produziert Wärme. Das Klima ist kaum auszuhalten. 3. Licht und Luft können nur durch 2 in der Eingangstür befindlichen vergitterten Fenster, die nachts offen nachts geöffnet sein sollten, um das Klima überhaupt aushalten zu können. Problem ist dabei, dass in 10 m Entfernung der lokale Müll gesammelt wird und Geschäfte mit Waren angeliefert werden. Nachts entsorgen die Lokale ihre Flaschen in den Mülltonnen und morgens verursachen die Anlieferungen mit Hubameisen auf Pflastersteinen unglaublich Lärm schon um 5 Uhr morgens. An Schlafen ist meistens nicht zudenken. Das wäre selbst bei geschlossen Fenstern nicht möglich. 4. von der Vermieterin wurden wir über die booking.com App aufgefordert, eine Kurtaxe von 4 Euro pro Nacht und Person zu zahlen. Entweder über einen Link oder in Bar. Nach Recherchen bei Booking.com und den Nutzerkommentaren stellt sich heraus, dass diese bereits im Preis enthalten sind. Also wollte sie uns abzocken. Mich wundert bei der Gelegenheit, wieso wir nicht von booking.com gewarnt wurden, da das Problem offenbar immer wieder auftaucht.

Excellent contact avec le propriétaire qui est très réactif, à l'écoute et charmant et beau garçon. Est venu nous dépanner lors d'une panne de WIFI et a été très arrangeant pour que nous puissions laisser nos bagages dans le logement après le check out, en attendant d'aller à l'aéroport.

Quelques problèmes d'humidité et de fuites d'eau. Literie inconfortable et une housse de couette aurait été appréciable.

Bello il design, gli archi e l'illuminazione delle lampade, tutto ben organizzato, cucina completa, doccia comoda, frigo e freezer, lavastoviglie e lavatrice grandi. Comoda anche la location. .

Mancavano illuminazione naturale (non ci sono finestre), e magari uno stendibiancheria.
