Great location, convenient to many shops, food venues and op shops.
Clean linen was provided and ample kitchenware was available.
No screen door on the balcony to allow airflow without insects coming though.
Unit is very run down with leaky taps.

Fully stocked kitchen, location was perfect with walking distance to many cafe and restaurants, great open plan unit and excellent view.
There was no wifi at all, needing to complete some work during my stay it was not ideal. In turn, didn't have a smart TV to be able to relax with after a long day sight seeing (DVD player provided didn't work). Apartment needs a deep clean, walls and corners of every room were dirty.

The location and view
Dated utilities, needs a deep clean and safety hazard with door handles

The view out and the location was the only plus …..the unit is very tired and needs to be clean and have features and appointments upgraded
Was definitely not value for money
Really was not a property we expected from booking.com
The property was tidy but not clean on arrival, taps dripping, water pressure was almost non existent, (shower was useless) oven was disgusting, damage and dirty marks on walls and cupboards … windows were very dirty , carpet in main bedroom had dark stains on carpet … outdoor balcony had broken glass and what looked like a spilt drink (sticky) … we killed numerous cockroaches in the apartment while we were there
