So close to everything, nice & breezy & very relaxing, when there wasn’t any demolition activity.
We weren’t told that there was work going on, so our first morning we were woken by concrete saws & jack hammers.
The stovetop, bench, as well as some cutlery & dishes weren’t very clean

Location was amazing. Access to dinning places was fantastic. The view from the patio is second to none.
The queen bed is old and needs replacing. The second room was not suitable at all as it only had 1 bunk bed with terrible matrasses, 1 single bed again with needing new mattress and a pull-out trundle bed, we had to take mattress of trundle bed to try to make 1 bunk bed a comfit able bed.
The kitchen is in need of some major work especial in the replacement of frypans, toaster and possibly the oven. It had 1 reasonably new electric frypan, but it only got warm. It had an old electric frypan it at least worked.
I would suggest the toaster be replaced with a 4-slice toaster and with keeping with modern families an air fryer be supplied. The Television had a great picture but in only the size of a computer monitor. The unit needs painting and the cleaning staff need to be checked from time to time and there were cobwebs and mould on all the windows and blinds.
The unit has the capability to be a fantastic unit, but it is just tired
