Okay but disappointing

Clean and had everything you would need.

The blind was broken so my elderly mother couldn’t look out whilst in during the day. We weren’t advised of this so was very disappointed. This would have been reported by either other renters or cleaning staff.

Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable, fantastic location.

Very narrow access to the garage.

We had a great stay! As we were 7 staying in the apartment a second set of keys would be great to have.

The downstairs doors open with a link, it didn’t work for us but they answered quickly by phone and let us in. It’s an important point to know in advance if you’re coming from overseas without a SIM card.

BAD SERVICE

Spacious apartment.

The service was terrible. The building door wouldn't open following the instructions given, and my family and I were left on the street. I had to pay for another hotel. They only opened the door the following morning.

La zona donde estaba ubicado, la tranquilidad del barrio y el alojamiento con su patio interior. La opción de aparcamiento es un plus. Y la atención y disponibilidad del personal.
