Un appartement ne méritant pas plus de 3/10

Après cinq nuits passées dans cet appartement, du 4 au 9 août, je reste particulièrement surpris par les évaluations positives publiées par certains voyageurs. À mon sens, cet hébergement ne mérite pas une note supérieure à 3/10. En dehors de son emplacement relativement pratique, notre expérience a été très décevante.
Dès l’entrée dans l’immeuble, une odeur désagréable est perceptible. À l’intérieur, l’état général de l’appartement laisse sérieusement à désirer : propreté insuffisante, murs tachés et parquet qui se détache par endroits.
La salle de bains constitue incontestablement le principal point noir. La baignoire, très encombrante et peu adaptée à la configuration de la pièce, est presque collée aux toilettes. Pour une personne mesurant plus de 1,70 m, leur utilisation devient particulièrement inconfortable. Les évacuations de la baignoire et du lavabo sont pratiquement bouchées. La peinture se décolle également à plusieurs endroits et des fissures sont visibles.
La porte du réfrigérateur ne ferme pas hermétiquement, ce qui compromet la bonne conservation des aliments. Ce défaut est d’autant plus problématique que notre séjour s’est déroulé pendant une période de forte chaleur.
Enfin, l’absence de solution de stationnement constitue une contrainte majeure qui n’est pas suffisamment mise en évidence avant la réservation. Sans justificatif officiel de résidence, le stationnement payant à proximité est limité à deux heures consécutives et devient interdit à partir de 18 heures. Les seules solutions consistent soit à utiliser un parking situé à environ 1,5 km, pour près de 15 euros par nuit, soit à laisser son véhicule à environ 1 km de l’appartement, près d’un jardin, puis à marcher entre 8 et 10 minutes.
Compte tenu de l’état de l’appartement, des équipements défectueux, de l’inconfort de la salle de bains et des importantes difficultés de stationnement, le rapport qualité est très insuffisant. En l’état, je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.
