It’s ok for a night, once you’re inside…

The apartment was clean. A lift was available which was handy for luggage as the apartment is on the 4th floor. Wifi available. Accommodation manager was responsive.

Unfortunately there were many things we did not at this apartment including: - the man armed with a gun standing at the front of the building on 2 of the 3 days we were there. - the high number of people coming and going from the apartment building (we were told after check in by the accommodation manager the building is a religious meeting place and that weekend was a special holiday). - the litter spread across the ground and overflowing bins at the entry of the building. - 1x key only; insufficient for our group of 7 especially as there was no way to enter the apartment building without a key, someone from inside the apartment (located on the 4th floor) has to physically open the door. - apartment living area was very small for a group of 7 (especially when the sofa bed is used). - very poor lighting in kitchen making food preparation difficult - there was a very strong smell of chlorine at the entry of the building and in the stairwell - heating didn’t work, portable heaters were available (we found the apartment to be very hot and did not use the heaters). - description of apartment states 3x double beds, in my opinion the beds are not double, rather they are 2x single beds placed side by side (with single bed linen). - the staircase inside the apartment is dangerous for tall people (170 cm+) a few in our group each hit their heads a few times. - the staircase leading to the apartment is uneven and feels unstable (a lift is available). - when we contacted the accommodation manager to express our shock and feeling of vulnerability and discontent (due to the armed man at the entrance of the building), we were told we could leave but would not receive a refund. And when we asked for a second key we were told no and made to feel like liars about the door to the apartment building being locked.

Overall, a good stay with some suggestions for improvement as stated above

The rooftop, cleanliness, and modern feel. Easy to get to and transverse from

Strong trash smell when on the rooftop. No air conditioning and very warm, could benefit from more fans or internal cooling system. Cleaning fee is very expensive.

The rooftop, cleanliness, and modern feel. Easy to get to and transverse from
