Location is good, a bit close to N3, but not too worrisome.

For a one night stay this accommodation is absolutely in order. We liked having a reliable internet and the TV with Netflix access.
It's all these little things that make the difference:
Upon entering the accommodation, one is greeted by a slightly musty smell, which is best avoided. The pillowcases also didn't smell very pleasant and showed signs of wear (pilling), so we preferred to put a fresh towel over the pillow. The main bedroom has a bedside lamp, but it has a European plug without an adapter, making it unusable. The rooms have fluorescent tubes for ceiling lighting, which is manageable, but of course doesn't create a particularly pleasant atmosphere. While coffee sachets are thoughtfully provided in the kitchen, rooibos tea would have been very welcome for caffeine-sensitive guests, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. The two-burner cooktop is completely rusted. While it's certainly still usable, this also suggests a lack of TLC (Tender, Love & Care). Body wash is provided in the shower, but shampoo was missing. Just a small thing that could easily be added. There was no hand soap in the separate toilet, even though there was an empty wall-mounted soap dispenser and an empty hand soap dispenser next to the toilet.
All in all: It's okay for an overnight stay, but with a little more effort from the host, it could be much better.
