The Location

Almost all the others, concerning the appartment, no internet , no Tv..only cables in the wall, no coffee, cleaningness on the limit, and when i asked in the end just a half hour extension on the check out ...not possible

By far the worst experience ever in 15 years of using Booking.com

Location.

The apartment was totally unliveable in. The host was informed about it when we arrived, but we could only communicate with a chat bot. This was utterly unhelpful since the replies we were given by this AI tool basically consisted in repeating our questions and complaints by acknowledging them and expressing regrets. There is no emergency assistance provided and we had to wait until next morning in order to communicate with an actual person, Our request to change the apartment since the one we were given was not fit for living in was refused on the grounds on unavailability. After several calls and complaints, we were offered to have a reimbursement of one night’s stay. We agreed to this but then several more messages ensued, whereby this compensation was decreased without further explanations to a fifth of what was initially proposed. It took several more days and lots of unpleasant exchanges in order to crawl back to the initial sum (which still, in our view, does not compensate us fully for this experience but we are willing to settle this and put the whole story behind us). As for the condition of the apartment, the following points need to be made: 1. There were no TVs. Cables hanging directly from the wall. 2. No remote control for the garage, so impossible to use it unless one waited that another car gets in. 3. Shower was broken and very dirty. There was no hot water. The stench of canalisation was unbearable. 4. Several glasses, mugs and plates were missing. 5. Some broken items hidden in the cupboards. 6 There was no heating in one room and in the bathroom. Radiator knob blocked and there was very little heating in the other room. 7. Strong smell of cigarettes with curtains in particular stinky. 8. The provided cooking pots did not work on an induction stove, making the whole stove unusable. 9. The door of the fridge was broken. 10. There was a strong noise of ventilation was so it was hardly possible to sleep. 11. There was no WiFi whatsoever.

Brudny balkon.

9 / 10Outstanding·May 2025

Bliskość centrum, spokojna okolica, cisza i spokój w mieszkaniu, miejsce parkingowe w garażu, automatyczny ekspres do kawy na wyposażeniu.

9 / 10Outstanding·May 2025
