Great location, amazing value

Great location! Literally perfect if your trying to see tokyo, station is basically beside it, the broadway is a great place to see if your a bit tired from walking around the city all day, and the area is very central to alot of different places in tokyo

Be prepared for a tight fit in the shower, if your a tall person

My first disappointed stay in japan

I liked how there was a complimentary soaps, sandles, and a towel.

I was very disappointed with this property. when arriving to the property at luggage drop off time (12:00) I was instructed to leave luggage in the room but the room was very dirty and a mess, it also says in the instructions anything left on property at cleaning time will be thrown in trash so I did not risk it. I did decide to wait until check in time (4:00), but when that time came around and I checked the room it was still uncleaned and a mess. After texting the property manager about the room the cleaning staff showed up and told me it was going to be 1-2 hours to clean the room (im not blaming the cleaning staff nor did I say anything to them). Then after receiving an estimate the land manager tries to blame me for "not booking the room not in advance enough", they had 7 hrs to coordinate a cleaning time before check in, and also if you cant check a guest in at a supposed time then move the time to when your can. There was also countless bugs in the room (images in comments), the room stunk of smoke which wasn't displayed on the booking as a (smoking room), and AC didnt work properly when put on swing mode just stays closed.

Great property for the price, quiet place of your own close to the city.

The apartment was very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo, bed was very large, could easily sleep three adults. Washing machine on porch was very convenient, and I walked a few blocks to use the dryer at the coin laundry to save drying time during rainy season. Shower had good pressure and water heated up quickly. Property manager was very friendly when I spoke with her, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood right around the corner from a 7/11 and grocery store. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, but I enjoyed the walk as I got to unwind from the day and there is a lot to see on the way there, streets full of izakaya before you get to the quieter residential areas. Once you get to the train station, the Chuo rapid line takes you directly to Shinjuku station where I made most of my connections, just avoid rush hour of commuters to the city and you won't have any travel problems.

If you are picky about cleanliness it might not be the best place for you, needs some dusting and the bathroom is dated, no bidet. I did need to run the dehumidifier for a while because it was quite humid when I arrived. The beds are foam mattresses which were firmer than I am used to, but seems typical for Japan, if you need a soft bed this might not be a good fit.
