We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament at Dreams Park and this location was perfect! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was very well stocked and the grill was a huge hit to save some money while in town! A few evenings we walked to get ice cream as Coopers Barn is so close!
The biggest plus was how close we were to the fields. Having a maybe 5 minute drive to get there was ideal! I would for sure stay here again!

This was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay while our boys played at CDP! Convenient and close to everywhere! The house is very well maintained, owners are great with communication, and the beds were VERY comfortable! We truly had zero complaints! 10/10 would recommend!

A great location near Cooperstown Dreams Park. Being on the major highway it definitely can get loud, but it was the perfect location to be back and forth to the park and to visit Cooperstown. Bonus we knew the people who rented the property next door at the same time so it worked out perfectly for us to have the shared driveway and outdoor space! Property was clean and exactly what we needed for the early mornings and late night game schedule at Cooperstown Dreams Park.
