We had a wonderful family stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient. We also really appreciated that the extra pillows and blankets we had requested were ready for us.
Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was smooth and easy throughout our stay. They even contacted us about something we had left behind. Their thoughtful and reliable service gave us real peace of mind.
Thank you for taking such good care of us!
One small suggestion: as we were travelling as a family, we needed an additional key card. There was already a spare card in the apartment, but we only learned about it after asking. Mentioning this in the check-in instructions would have made an excellent stay even better.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Cozy2u provided very detailed information and clear directions before our check-in, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. Their responses to our questions were also very prompt and helpful.
The unit was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the thoughtful reminders from the host about important things to take note of during our stay.
Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with both the unit and the excellent service provided. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The stay was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. I have a sinus problem and thus I can’t sleep on pillows that are too flat. This is the only place where they provide good quality pillows. The room smells nice too, no musky odour at all.
Only a 5mins drive to mid valley south key, suitable for families with elderly and children. But please take the car, as walking to the shopping centre can be taxing.
