Lovely stay overall.

Great location and loved that the apartment has all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

Lack of staff to assist take bags up especially that there is no lift. It’s hectic to take bags all the way up and tedious. Consider changing the flooring. The wood squeaks which is disturbing.

Avoid at All Costs – Filthy, Misleading, and Zero Service

The only redeeming quality is the location.

Our stay at this property was a complete disaster. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness, honesty, and basic hospitality are not priorities for PROPR. First, let’s talk about the state of the apartment—it was absolutely filthy. The previous guest’s underwear was still in the bathroom, the patio had not been cleaned, the glass doors were covered in grime, and the carpets were disgustingly dirty. To make matters worse, we had ordered and paid for a baby cot a full week before our arrival, yet it was nowhere to be found. Despite making multiple calls to PROPR throughout the day, begging them to send cleaners, nothing was done. Josh even confirmed over the phone that the unit would be cleaned while we were out—this was an outright lie. We returned to find everything exactly as we had left it: dirty and unacceptable. The problems didn’t stop there. The washing machine was leaking, and PROPR completely ignored the issue. No acknowledgment, no advice—just silence. There was exactly one cleaning cloth provided for the entire apartment, and when we asked for more, we were ignored yet again. Now, let’s talk about the misleading listing. The pictures online are completely deceptive—the apartment is much, much smaller than it appears. But what they really fail to mention is that the apartment is on the top floor of the building, with no lift. Be prepared to lug your suitcases up what feels like a mountain of stairs—something that should absolutely be disclosed but conveniently isn’t. And if you’re on the shorter side, you’ll need a mini step ladder just to get in and out of the bathtub in the spare bathroom—another ridiculous oversight. For the price being charged, this stay was an absolute disgrace. A substandard, dirty apartment combined with appalling service makes this place completely unworthy of a stay, especially in a prime location like Green Point. Do yourself a favor—book anywhere else.
