A very convenient option if you are in transit in Bangalore. The hotel is new and rooms well appointed . Staff were very helpful throughout the place and were doubling up on their duties.
Can do a bit better with the booking options. Booking for a 4 hour 8 hour slot is not easy to manoeuver. Also review the dinner options. Many items on the buffet took time to replenish at 9 pm. By then we were done.

Easy to find, staff polite and efficient
The only problem was the flashing light in the ceiling. I guess it’s a smoke alarm

The best thing about the hotel was its convenient location within the Bangalore International Airport. It makes for a perfect transit hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the staff at the hotel are pleasant enough.
My biggest concern is that they advertise their packages in Booking.com in a rather misleading way. I was given to believe that I was paying for an entire night, when in fact the package was for only 4 hours within a 12 hour period. I've never encountered this kind of pricing system (except from hotels of considerably more disrepute!). For the extra they charged, I would have been better off staying at the 5 star establishment just across the road, where they do not charge by the hour.

"Location was excellent-just a short distance from the terminal exit. Nicely appointed quiet room. Staff were very nice."
