I loved the apartment, quite spacious compared to other apartments in durban, very convenient location as we like to stay in umhlanga, close to the mall gateway and all the places we go to in umhlanga. everything was very clean, was well kept, bathroom, floors, linen, towels, all kitchen things and the lounge area were very clean. the apartment had no weird smells or anything, highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay somewhere clean and neat. air conditioning in the main room was very helpful, double fridge made our stay more convenient. property management was very helpful and on the ball with all my questions and very efficient even if i needed assistance after hours
overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend we definitely book this apartment again
everything about the apartment was great but the only downside is the apartment is right next to a 24/7 call center so there is a lot of noise during the day and night other than that everything was good.

I liked everything like it was very clean
That the were no staff at all to help us with somethings as we were new

Cleanliness and the privacy of the venue and how rules are enforced in terms of noise and safety.
Refund process for security insurance money, it takes too long

Location
The place had so many cockroaches around the kitchen area, being cabinets, fridge, washing machine and the stove, let alone the wardrobes.
It was so disgusting and could barely sleep.
Only one roll of toilet paper was supplied and it was already used.
