SHAMEFUL! DON'T BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION!

The guests were 2 adults and 4 small children. One of the adult is diabetic. When checking into the apartment, guests should see a clean apartment. Instead, they found the dishwasher full of dirty dishes which has become infested with maggots. It was reported to the host, she said that the dishwasher was not working, but it did not occur to her that the dishes should be ready and clean for new guests. There were a total of 1 casket and 3 forks in the apartment, 1 cup and another broken. There wasn’t hot water in the apartment, which was reported to the host, she claimed that something needs to be opened and there will be hot water. However, that is not true, the guests did not have hot water and did not bathe for 3 days. On the second day, after using hair dryer, the electricity went out, the host was immediately notified, I called them countless times and sent messages asking them to come to the apartment and solve the problem, there was no answer, but the messages were seen. The guests did not have electricity for more than 24 hours. SHAMEFUL! Also, in the reservation it is written that the residence tax is a total of 46 euros, and I was charged 71.10 euros. This is the worst accommodation ever booked. Don*t book this accomodation.

not worth the money

good location, close to the downtown and metro

1. the description of the property contains errors. There is no free parking available around the building. the closest free parking is 3 km away otherwise you need to pay 20 EUR per day. There was no WiFi in the apartment and the host refused to fix it. If you look at other reviews, people also report issues with internet 2. there were no utensils in the kitchen. The apartment is advertised as for 5 people, there were only 3 spoons and no forks. utensils for cooking just one pot and one pan, very old and worn 3. cleanness of the kitchen 2/5 - could be much better. Overall cleanness a bit better

Good location and spacious flat.

Location was great. Layout of the flat was very nice and it was very spacious. 2 x bedrooms and 2 toilets. Building was nice and elevator worked fine

Arriving after dark, it was very difficult to locate the key box. When we did find it, the PIN provided by booking com wasn’t the correct one for the key safe. We thought the PIN would open the box but you have to contact the property separately to get the key code. No electric kettle which was on the description we had brought tea and coffee with us but couldn’t make it. A lot of the crockery was chipped or not clean. Rewashed cups etc but no tea towels to dry anything with. Bed was extremely low as in virtually on the floor, which wasn’t clear from the photos.

8 / 10Excellent·Apr 2026

Tanti negozi e locali in zona.
