Beautiful property. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of space. Bedrooms were beautiful and bathrooms well equipped. Hot tub was a real hit with our group.
Our host left is milk in the fridge and an amazing cream tea. When we messaged with questions she was quick to respond.
We walked into Chulmleigh via a public footpath but there was a very steep hill at the end. Easier route down country lanes but no public footpath.
Totally recommend this place.

The house was lovely but where it is actually located with other houses joined to the house and people actually living in them is not ideal
The people living in the houses joined to the property moaning about noise, car parking and keeping the main house door closed but we were actually loading the car, the so called noise they heard was earlier in the evening, it clearly states in the book inside the property for it not to be noisy after 11pm which we wasn't we were all in bed by that time and parking too close to the doors of the property's that were joined to the house there was plenty of room!
