The owners need to hire professionals to clean property after each tenant vacates

The full refund after boycotting this B&B due to the unhygienic conditions

After 2 days of exhausting cleaning to try & salvage some of our family vacay we decided to leave. Rubbish including broken bottles left in the yard. Kitchen cups, plates etc dirty, laundry filthy, fans filthy, broken windows, bathrooms dirty with dangerously broken toilet seat. Downstairs lounge unhygienic. The cockroaches running up the walls & into the kitchen cupboards was the limit of our tolerance. So many more pics I’ve not shared. Very disappointed. AND to add to the ‘property’s response’ to my review….. how did I obtain these disgusting pictures of your property if I wasn’t there?????

Really wonderful holiday home near the beach

Second time we have used Paws and Pause and its been fantastic. So much space and a great location.

Don’t waste your money, safety risk for families.

The location is the only positive

This property is unsafe for families. The balcony railing shakes, there are gaps at the bottom, the flyscreens upstairs aren’t secure, the doors don’t lock, there was broken glass on the ground, rubbish and debris. There is no care taken to ensure a safe space for children. The bathrooms are covered in mould and it is boiling hot and uncomfortable. Don’t waste your money like we did, we should have stayed at the hotel in town.

The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful. the house was beautiful and in a fantastic location with the water at the end of the street. Loads of space, comfortable beds and couches, good kitchen and bathrooms. We would absolutely book Paws and Pause again.

The only improvement I would suggest would be a sensor light mounted near the outside gate, and its a dark street and hard to see to get into the property at night.
