Thank you for your service and assistance throughout our stay.
Although we encountered several issues on the first day, such as an unpleasant smell in the room, insufficient towels, no fork and spoon and a faulty iron and ironing board, we appreciate your kind gesture in offering us a room change. However, the follow-up action did take quite some time, and we hope this can be improved in the future.
On the second day, after moving to the new room, another unexpected incident occurred when the coffee table broke as we placed our luggage on it. In addition, the main bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
We would also like to suggest that better-quality and more durable furniture be provided, particularly for items such as coffee tables, to ensure they can withstand normal daily use and prevent similar incidents from happening again.
In conclusion, we sincerely hope that all the issues mentioned above will be given proper attention and improved accordingly. The room must well prepared before check-in. Your homestay represents not only your own establishment but also contributes to the image of Malaysia, especially in the eyes of visitors and tourists.
We hope our feedback will be taken constructively to help improve the quality of your accommodation and ensure a better experience for future guests.
