The location was absolutely fantastic! Most of Istanbul's main attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, were within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants, shops and lovely little places to eat nearby.
Our family apartment had two separate rooms, a small kitchenette with a fridge and basic cooking essentials, and two TVs. It was simple but had everything we needed.
The highlight was definitely the shared rooftop terrace with a beautiful sea view. We loved buying breakfast from the lovely place downstairs, where the staff were very friendly, and enjoying it on the terrace overlooking the sea.
For around €50 per night, the value for money was excellent. A great base for exploring Istanbul!
The balcony was disappointing, as it overlooked a wall and a rather untidy roof instead of offering a proper view. The bathroom was quite basic, with a very small shower and a slight unpleasant smell.
We also couldn't get Netflix to work on either TV, even with our own account.
The property was a little difficult to find at first, and our taxi couldn't reach the entrance, so we had to walk a short distance with our luggage. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences considering the affordable price and excellent location.

It was very clean and quiet in a historical part of the city. The apartment matched the description.
Its location was very convenient and close for walking to many of Historical places. The air conditioning works well, and the shower design is superb and unique. With colourful local Tiles.
Unbelievable number of restaurants.
However, it has very steep streets, which is a concern for very senior people walking.
Staff were very friendly, lovely and very polite.
I can imagine that if they had better English-speaking ability, this place would shine even more among other accommodations because it is really unique and super clean.
Unfortunately, our TV did not connect to the TV Channels!!!
Also, the toilet flush tank button was faulty. It is petty; such small things annoy you.

Уютные чистые апартаменты с кухней. Вся необходимая посуда есть. Wi-fi был хороший, можно было смотреть youtube по телевизору. В номере тапочки, в ванной фен, гель для душа, шампунь, жидкое мыло для рук. С водой и канализацией проблем не было, кондиционеры включали пару раз, работали хорошо. Симпатичный холл, есть лифт. На 5 этаже терраса с отличным видом на Мраморное море. Мы приехали поздно вечером, без проблем заселились self check-in по инструкции. Месторасположение отличное, за углом улица с ресторанчиками, в 3 минутах ходьбы сетевой магазин SOK с хорошими ценами, в 2-х минутах отличная булочная. До Святой Софии 16 минут пешком, до Грандбазара 10 мин, до трамвая номер 1 где-то минут 8.
Если бы балкон и террасу убирали почаще, и давали бы два ключа, то всё было бы вообще идеально.

Отличное расположение! До главных достопримечательностей идти 10 минут, в здании отеля есть магазин с продуктами, а напротив шикарный кафе-ресторан Old Gedikpaşa Kebab&Fish House, за который можно поставить 20/10 баллов. Кушала там всю неделю, очень вкусно, цены не высокие, потрясающий персонал. Только этот ресторан украсил поездку.
Цена за номер низкая, поэтому условия проживания в целом ожидаемо ужасные.
В моем номере на 1 этаже просто воняло канализацией, иногда до тошноты, не понимаю, почему нельзя поставить хотя бы дешевый ароматизатор, запах кошмарный (мне пришлось самой купить благовония, чтобы просто находиться там).
Слышимость будто ты спишь в коридоре. Мне повезло, поездка рабочая, уходила до того, как остальные гости начинали просыпаться. Но в выходной день поспать было невозможно, просыпаешься от каждого хлопка дверью (берите беруши!).
Мыла, шампуня в номере не было, да, их можно купить, но когда приезжаешь ночью, а утром тебе на работу, хочется помыться...
В отеле нет чая/кофе или чего-то такого. Покупайте сами или везите с собой.
Фен не работал, это кошмар, девочки поймут...
Сантехника старая, смыв у туалета регулярно ломался, ужасно шумел.
Постельное белье все старое, протертое, в катышках.
Уточняйте, в номерах нет окон! Это тоже в целом дискомфортно, просыпаешься и не понимаешь, день, ночь.
Двое суток не работал wifi, а мобильный интернет в зданиях старого города не ловит. Это была катастрофа, если едите по работе и вам важен интернет, имейте это ввиду!
Крч условия просто ужасные, но и цена низкая. Из хорошего кафе рядом и расположение. Все.
