A quirky loft apartment, looking over the roofs of “The Hotel DeVille”, now the council offices

The location , very close to “old Lyon” We walked everywhere

There is a lift in the building, to the 4th floor. The property is on the 5th,so if you struggle with stairs…

Amazing apartment in perfect location !!!

The apartment was fantastic !!! Absolutely the best location in Lyon, right across the street from Hotel de Ville and Place des Terreaux. Large open plan loft studio with a full kitchen. Air conditioning worked well in the hot weather. Lift available to 4th floor and then just one flight of stairs up to apartment. Many restaurants and bars just outside, all the major tourist attractions within walking distance and the Hotel De Ville metro station just a 2 minute walk away.

As it is in the 'eaves' on the top floor of the building there are only 4 small windows. However, there was still plenty of natural light in the day and you could even see the Hotel de Ville if you looked out.

Make over needed, very central located

The location of the property is very central. A less then a minute walk from place des terreaux. 15 min walk to the old town. The staff is very friendly and very responsive.

The property in my opinion can get a makeover. You see here and there some cracks in the wall. The sofa and bed were very low for me. The property is very expensive for what you get, but I guess you are also paying for the location. Also please note that you need to clean your own trash and throw it away in the designated garbage room in the building.

Appartamento bello, posizione top, pulito, tutti i confort.
