VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE – SECURITY DEPOSIT RM150 NOT RETURNED The biggest issue with this stay is the RM150 security deposit. The host requested RM150 from us as a security deposit, but after we checked out, they did not return it as expected. Instead, they came up with charges that we strongly dispute and, more importantly, have continued to delay resolving the matter. What is even more frustrating is the way the host has handled the situation. Rather than providing a clear explanation and resolving the issue, the host has repeatedly responded with vague answers, said they would check again, and then taken a long time to respond. They told us they would re-check the situation about a week ago, but since then there has still been no clear resolution and no refund. No one in our group drank any alcohol, and I personally did not see or use any Soju bottles during our stay. Therefore, I strongly dispute the RM75 Soju charge. I want to make it clear that RM150 is not a significant amount of money to me. If we had actually caused damage or violated a clearly communicated rule, I would have accepted the charge and paid for it. The problem is that the host has given reasons that we completely disagree with, without providing a clear and convincing explanation or evidence. The most frustrating part is that the host appears to be intentionally dragging out the process of returning the deposit. We have already explained our position clearly, yet instead of giving a specific answer, the host keeps saying they will check and then goes silent for days. This is extremely disappointing and has seriously damaged my trust in this property. For a business, this is not an acceptable way to handle a customer's security deposit. The amount may only be RM150, but the principle and the way the situation has been handled matter much more. Very disappointing communication and deposit handling. I would not expect this kind of experience from a professional accommodation provider.

Mood of holiday gone here!

Nothing to say. My mood of holiday has gone whenever stay here.

It was the first time that I've rented suite unit here (before this I've rented the villa unit which was very satisfied). This unit with such restrictions of bla..bla..bla..even cannot wash your foot at toilet (what such a ridiculous rule that I ever experienced). The TV has no channel to watch which was very dissappointing whenever I asked the owner about it and the answer was so rude to mention the guest before also not used to watch TV as they went there just to visit around not to stay inside the house. So for what you kept the TV there?? you better put it inside your store rather than to display with no function, just blank screen. Verryyy disappointed the way you treat your guest!.
