Many aspects : > Talking to an AI rather than a human fir our many queries and questions > Somone walked into our room using our code in the early morning , aanother guest no less ! , Later we complained and we're quite worried as my wife was alone with my sister that night. Upon complaining , we were assured no one came into our room . They said we were dreaming ! We have all this on recording by the way . The asked them to check the CCTV and they said " oh , you wont find anything there " we insisted . We should have reported this to police . We do have all the evidence via recording when speaking to the reception and security guard who it seemed tried to cover this up. When complaining we were offered no apology and were stuck speaking to an AI . No compensation offered . > Bed sheets were disgusting when we did our own cleaning of the bedsheets as the dust from the balcony had blown in. We took videos and pictures , no one came to replace until 2 days later . Again , no apology . It clearly was not cleaned as they describe. > The sink in the bathroom was leaking onto our feet as the pipe was obviously broken . We AGAIN were told that this is not possible despite taking video evidence . No compensation offered or ana apology and it was fixed 2 days later again. A multitude of things happened here that I have not even listed. Very strange and weird set up here , dont expect any help as you will be speaking to an AI . I came for business and I am extremely angry about this accomodation. Do not be fooled by the good reviews. I honestly thought I was being pranked . Strange place .. gym was somewhat nice however I must say. Everything else , be careful. I have a video of the broken sink but I am not able to upload that here . Get in touch with me and I will be happy to share all the horrid conversations with the AI and staff who joined later . No sympathy, not treated like a guest . Just cash cows here it seems. Avoid avoid avoid.

Nice stay

Nice room in very elegant building, with kitchen, big fridge, laundry, with nice view, taxis were very affordable to all the main attractions! There is a mini market and an Italian restaurant right next the entrance, very convenient.

Unfreundliches Check-in Personal. 30 Gehminuten bis zur Metro Station. Wenig Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Viele Baustellen in der Umgebung.
