It is ESSENTIAL to come by car to access the location. Exuberant nature and great taste and attention to detail in this private condominium that includes the property of the owner-couple and 3 more independent properties intended for temporary rental. The place is enchanting! And, besides the wonderful mountain views, we have the beaches!!!! A short trail leads to Praia Brava on foot, and a little further away, you need a car to reach the delightful Praia da Fortaleza. Children are very welcome, provided that the adults are attentive to some steps on the property. All the comfort for days of great joy and relaxation can be found in these accommodations: 1 Suite: with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning and SmartTV (with Netflix and Prime Video). 1 small, private bedroom with a single bed and standing fan. 2 full bathrooms (1 inside the suite and 1 outside). Fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils, including refrigerator and stove. 4-burner stove, microwave, and cooler. Parking is easy, in the property's courtyard. Electronic gate at the entrance. Guests are received by the owners. Until arrival, all contact is made directly with the rental administrator listed on the website. Description: PRAIA BRAVA (walkable) Hidden on the road leading to Praia da Fortaleza, Praia Brava da Fortaleza is ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle, don't need a long stretch of sand, but still want a good dose of shade. Located 26 km from the center of Ubatuba, Praia Brava da Fortaleza is on the same road that provides access to Praia Dura, Praia Vermelha do Sul, Praia do Costa, and Praia da Fortaleza. It's a great day trip to combine them. Praia Brava da Fortaleza has a short stretch of sand and is greatly influenced by the tide, which gives it very distinct characteristics depending on the time of day.
