Do not stay here

The location

This apartment should not be legally rent in the winter. There was no heat and it was 9 degrees Celsius. There are heaters, but they are not hooked up to anything and two have dummy controls that make it look like heat is possible. The bathroom towel heaters are not hooked up at all and have no controls so no way to heat. There were no extra blankets. We had to sleep with all our coats and hats on. I communicated to the host the problem and no response. The kitchen drawer was full of pots that cannot be used because the hob is induction. The shower head was green and full of gross scum. There is no oven and only one plug despite needing 2 to cook properly. The electrical outlets are just holes in the wall. This place has potential if the host cared about their property and guests, but we will never stay here again and we warn others against it.

Cold, but nice

Very nicely decorated and welcoming. Great view of the harbor. Helpful video link that shows how to find the particular condominium.

It was confusing for us, as Americans, to figure out how to turn on the heat/hot water. I didn’t receive responses to our questions until we were checking out the next morning. Although I’m guessing not many travelers come in the winter months, it would be helpful to have instructions for how to access/change the gas.

Ampi spazi, vista spettacolare. Cucina ben fornita.
