About this docked boat rental

Tucked within the exclusive Mosquito Creek Marina near Lonsdale Quay, this one-of-a-kind floating suite is a converted boat shed reimagined into a modern speakeasy-inspired retreat.

Wake up to serene mountain views from the suite kitchen, then step outside to take in panoramic views of downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park from the marina. Walk to Lonsdale Quay for vibrant dining, shops, and entertainment, or hop on the SeaBus for effortless access to downtown.

Designed with comfort and style in mind, the space features a queen bedroom, queen pullout sofa, cozy gas fireplace, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, and fridge. High-speed WiFi included.

Located in a secure, gated waterfront community with a private side entrance. Shared laundry available upon request.

Parking: Not included. Paid parking is available in the marina and nearby Indigo lot, with additional 2-hour free street parking nearby.

Please note: In accordance with marina regulations, smoking of any kind (including cigarettes and cannabis) is not permitted anywhere on the docks or surrounding areas.

A rare waterfront escape offering privacy, style, and an unforgettable floating experience.

Note, with this unique floating retreat, you’ll experience the gentle rhythm of life on the water. As the suite rests on a floating structure, you may notice subtle movement along with occasional ambient sounds such as soft creaking, water motion, or light contact from the dock or passing driftwood. Many guests find this adds to the charm and authenticity of the waterfront setting, though those seeking complete silence may prefer a traditional land-based stay.

Beautiful little slice of paradise! Enjoyed our stay for a FIFA game. Each morning, we loved the folding chairs they provided as we enjoyed our coffee on the dock. The views around the house are gorgeous! Our favorites were the otters and starfish! If we are ever lucky enough to be in Vancouver again, we would love to stay again. Can’t recommend this stay enough!

There was no ice in the freezer and only 2 coffee pods for a two day stay. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking apparatus.
