The air-conditioned 40-square-meter apartment, which can accommodate two guests, features a 1.8 m x 2 m box-spring bed, a 50-inch smart TV, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, sink, and dishwasher. A modern and spacious bathroom with natural light, an XL shower with a rain shower function, as well as a toilet and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with the following items: dishes and cutlery for every occasion, cups, egg cups, bowls, wine glasses, a thermos, a corkscrew, can and bottle openers, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a tablet. As a starter kit, you’ll find coffee capsules, tea bags, cleaning supplies, soap, towels, and toilet paper in the apartment. A shared 80-square-meter terrace invites you to linger and enjoy the breathtaking view. The MAINTERRASSE is a historic building that was completely renovated and lovingly restored in 2022/2023. Located right at the bridgehead, you’ll find the perfect retreat as well as a starting point for numerous activities. From the large shared terrace, you can enjoy the stunning view of Miltenberg’s old town and the Main River with its passing ships. Just let your mind wander and enjoy the day with a good glass of wine. Here, modern interior design meets historic sandstone, offering you the perfect place for relaxation and exploration. Upon arrival and departure, we provide a parking spot right in front of the entrance for loading and unloading. Long-term parking spots are available around the building. For bicycles, we have a dry, camera-monitored area in the entrance hall. Daily guided tours of Miltenberg at 2:00 p.m.—year-round—within walking distance: Main train station—450 m; bakery—300 m; supermarkets (REWE/ALDI/BIO)—300 m. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of 15.00 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 0.20 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. A prepayment of 50.00 EUR will be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due one week before arrival.
