Location

The vacation rental is located in a central yet quiet area in the Haffkrug district of the municipality of Scharbeutz. The Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade—with shopping, a bakery, cafés, restaurants, and an ice cream shop—are about 650 meters away. For those who prefer to cook for themselves, it’s only about 300 meters to the large Rewe supermarket (also open on Sundays from March through October). The beautifully designed promenade along the Baltic Sea coast, featuring the modern Haffkrug pier, is perfect for a leisurely stroll or athletic activities such as biking, inline skating, jogging, and Nordic walking.

Accommodations

This three-room apartment is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house built in 2000. Here, we offer 70 m² of space for up to four adults. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room ensure a bright and welcoming atmosphere all day long. The spacious seating area invites you to socialize or relax comfortably. A large smart TV is located here. The cozy dining area seats four people. The modern open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and capsule coffee machine—everything your heart desires. Both bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds (1 x 1.80 m wide and 1 x 1.60 m wide), as well as wardrobes and Smart TVs. The bedrooms can be darkened with roller shades and curtains. The modern bathroom, featuring large tiles in earth tones, has a spacious, floor-level walk-in shower with a Raindance showerhead and a heated towel rack. There is also a guest restroom and an utility room housing the washing machine and an additional refrigerator. The 25 m² southwestern-facing wooden deck, which is not visible from the outside, is a special highlight. Whether you prefer a spot sheltered from the wind, a sunny spot, or a shady spot, you’ll find it on the seating area with a parasol or on the garden loungers. The fully fenced-in garden includes a garden shed for your bicycles. You’re also welcome to use the gas grill (gas cylinders are not included). Kids will love the swing.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 and older) is not included in the nightly rate and will be charged separately. Feel free to contact us in advance to inquire about prices. The price range is between €1.55 and €3.55 per night per person.

Please note that use of the Wallbox can only be booked for the entire rental period and is charged at €12.00 per night. A deposit of 50.00 € is required for the card.
