The stable building by the water tower is located about 900 meters from the Baltic Sea beach on a property with a total of three vacation homes. There are two floors, each housing one vacation apartment. Both apartments share a hallway and are rented out only as a pair. There is a small outdoor terrace in front of the entrance with two small tables, two outdoor couches, a charcoal kettle grill, and a patio umbrella. Another outdoor terrace is located on the upper floor. It is covered by a roof with solar panels that provides nearly complete protection from the rain and features a gas grill. There are many parking spaces on the property, at least two of which are available for guests staying in this building.
