Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Surrounded by greenery and far from traffic noise. It is located about 400 m from the sea. Nearby: shops, bars, bakeries, a bank, a newsstand, a supermarket, etc., etc.
The waterfront, public beaches, and free beaches stretch for over 4 km. Water park about 3 km away. Terme Luigiane about 10 km away. Nearby are the historic center and the Shrine of St. Francis of Paola. The beautiful Sila Lakes are about 60 km away. A car is recommended for those who do not enjoy walking.
The Space
The accommodation consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, a living room with a sofa bed, a private bathroom with a tub, satellite TV, and a table.
Use of the kitchen is not included; guests who wish to use it must make an explicit request at the time of booking.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the outdoor area where there is a small table with chairs, all shaded by a pergola.
Other things to keep in mind
Upon arrival, a security deposit of 50.00 euros in cash will be required to secure the remote control for the driveway gate; this deposit will be returned at check-out, along with payment of the tourist tax (€2.00 per person per night).
