I had a really enjoyable stay here and would happily return.
The staff were fantastic throughout my stay. Vinicius was kind, polite, friendly, and always happy to help. There was also another member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn't get. She had mousy blonde hair and was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and a real credit to the hotel.
The hotel and my room were spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, the room was comfortable, and the temperature was well maintained.
The location is excellent, only a 2–3 minute walk from the beach. I was initially worried that the hotel being on a slight slope would be an issue, but it really wasn't. The sloped section itself takes less than a minute to walk, even when coming back from the beach.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the Wi-Fi, which was very poor in my room. I had to rely on my mobile data, and with most TV channels being in Portuguese, I had limited entertainment when relaxing. There is also a nearby bar that sometimes plays music until around 1–1:30 a.m., but it wasn't rowdy and never felt excessive.
The breakfast buffet was okay and good value for money (12.50 euros), and I'm looking forward to seeing the new bar once it's finished.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return and would reccommend to others.

We were fortunate enough to be in room 411 with the most incredible view!
The suite was modern and clean, huge balcony with an amazing outlook.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Erica and little Sonya in the dining room.
The distance from the beach was ideal, just a 5 minute walk... be wary of the hill though, although its not far, it is steep! Our only criticism for this hotel was the pool area, although immaculately clean and no sunbed wars the area lacks ambience. There is no pool bar, or umbrellas, albeit there are shaded areas if you want to get out of the sun.
This said we would definitely return to Navigator Ocean Heights. An amazing first time visit to Portugal♥️

The hotel is really nice, the lobby always smelt so nice! The room itself was very spacious and had partial sea view.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach but beware the hotel is situated on quite a steep hill, going down is fine but I can't say the same for going back up.
There are many shops local which is great for g stocking up the spacious cupboards in the hotel room. Opposite the hotel is a 24hr snack hub. Snacks ranging from crisps and chocolates to burgers. Also has a hot and a cold drinks machine too.
All in all fantastic stay as a family or 3 (toddler included)

Booked this last minute after our arrival in Olhos de Agua and being let down with our pre-booked accommodation. Great price, lovely new hotel in a good location, quiet pool and friendly reception staff. And so clean, the housekeeping staff do an amazing job. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
