Absolutely stunning property in a wonderful location. Amazing service, we had a small issue and they dealt with it efficiently and with the smile! Spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, top notch amenities, exceptionally clean.
We loved the quality of the breakfast, especially eggs on order, but would love to see a bit more variety, like smoked salmon or fresh berries.

This is an apartment hotel but fully managed in terms of housekeeping and maintenance. The apartment was unusually large, clean and everything seemed well kept. Location is good- quiet, yet very accessible by public transport (approx. 8-10 minutes by but from city center, with several routes coming through).
The hotel manager, Sandor, was extremely kind and helpful in everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice and rich.
The area itself can get sketchy with narcos, etc. But nothing actually scary.

Very kind and attentive people at the reception
Wish we could stay longer :)

Do not hesitate to book this property—it was hands down the best experience we had! The amazing, very friendly people who work at the hotel made our stay feel like a true home away from home. We stayed at 11 different hotels during our three-month trip, and Kozmo Residence was the clear winner.
The spacious newly renovated apartments are squeaky clean and incredibly spacious, and absolutely everything works perfectly. We loved it so much that we extended our stay three times! During our time here, we stayed in both a studio and an apartment. Both options featured a nice kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, plus a washer/dryer that even included laundry soaps. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
Absolutely everything was perfect!
