We arrived at Bologna airport very late and just needed a comfortable bed close by. This fitted the bill perfectly. The room was spotless. The check-in is automated via a series of codes, so our late arrival wasn’t an issue (although we did worry that the buzzing doors at 3am might have disturbed other guests).
The plumbing was a bit noisy. Because entry was all automated via door codes, we didn’t meet the owner. This was absolutely fine for us as it was a very short stay but the anonymity might not suit everyone. The owner was very responsive on WhatsApp though.
